Eyebrow Treatments

Getting a great shape to your eyebrows is no easy job in the morning. Eyebrows are the most important feature of our face as they frame all of our beautiful features.
Sadly, as we get older our eyebrows usually start to become sparse and thins out which contributes to aging.

Here at Sabrina’s cosmetics she will be able to design a pattern and shape that will suit your needs.

Investing in semi-permanent eyebrows is a great way to reduce the time you spend applying makeup in the morning, it also gives clients a great template to know what to pluck around their natural shape which helps reduce over plucking which ultimately will damage the hair follicle.

How do tattoo eyebrows work?

You might think that eyebrow tattoo sounds like a drastic beauty treatment, a tattoo on the face!… But it’s one of the most popular treatments we get booked for in our clinic today. Many celebrities are supporting eyebrow tattooing as it gives them the perfect look every day without spending hours on their makeup.

Appointment Process

Pre Appointment – You will talk to Sabrina either online or over the telephone to make sure you are suitable for eyebrow tattooing and following will invite you in for a patch test.

Your Appointment  – Your initial appointment will take about two-three hours, which includes a full consultation as well as your treatment itself. Following this, we normally ask you to come back for a touch up around four to six weeks later if it is needed. (This is Complimentary.)

The Treatment – We will discuss your treatment in detail. The technique that is best for you. Your practitioner will draw in your brow shape, and discuss colour, thickness and stroke type with you. Once you agree the shape, you will have your eyebrow tattooing completed. Each treatment stage will be documented on the photograph. Please also be aware that a model release form will also need to be signed.

Ultra Realism Eyebrows

What permanent eyebrows we do

Would you like the natural look or something more daring? We’ll advise you on colour choices, based on the tone of your skin and hair, and will discuss shape, arch, thickness and definition with you before any work starts. We also need to take into consideration the shape of your face as all the brows that are created we use your natural face to measure your brows. This does not mean that we cannot manipulate the shape because we can! But we work with the beauty you already have to enhance as opposed to picking something that is a fad.

Here at SA Permanent Cosmetics, we appreciate the uniqueness of every face we see. We know there is no one size fits all solution to eyebrow tattooing, which is why we’ll fully consult with you to get your style just right. How Sabrina will map out the brows will be unique to your face and bone structure to create the most natural looking shape that will suit you.

Powdered Eyebrows

Choosing your style

When it comes to style Sabrina is competent at all designs and can work from ombre, powder, hair stroke, powder strokes and much more however her speciality is within the three designs below:

Powder Brow – A soft pixelated effect creating a soft shadow under the natural hair or where the brow is. This is great for oily skin, mature, normal skin. There are different strengths of a powder brow depending on what you would prefer. If you would like more of a makeup effect or something that is more natural.

Ultra-Realism – A pattern that I have designed myself that is now quickly being established around the world. The design incorporates and mimics the same pattern as what is within the natural brows which gives it much more denticity without the visibility of knowing there is a tattoo under the skin. This technique is best for those who have no brows at all to bug fluffy brows. The pattern is universal for men and women. It is good for those with normal, dry, sensitive skin. Excessively oily skin is not suitable for this pattern.

Microblading – microblading is slightly different method of tattooing. It is done by using a hand tool which creates small incision like hairs to mimic the real hair of the brows. This is best for those who have very fine hairs and also those who have normal skin. This technique is not suitable for dry, sensitive, mature skin.

FAQs

The pigmentation will take a couple of weeks to fully settle in, so we ask clients to return to us around four to six weeks after treatment to have their tattooed eyebrows touched up. Once this is done, the results will last for around a year before any further touch up is required.

Semi-permanent eyebrows are a very low-risk treatment, as long as our aftercare instructions are followed. A full consultation will take place to ensure that you have no contra-indications and as long as the aftercare if followed correctly then there is very small chance of infection.

We never use stencils, because you deserve a true artist designing and creating beautiful brows that suit you!
